Price
The price includes accommodation per room per night, daily breakfast, complimentary Wi-Fi, insurance coverage and VAT*.
The city tax* (1.40€ per person, per night) is not included in the room rate and is payable exclusively on-site at the hotel.
* The amount of city tax and VAT can be changed according to the decision of the Government of Republic of Serbia.
Payment method
Payment is made exclusively via bank transfer, based on the proforma invoice issued in advance.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the payer. In case the bank charges are not covered in full by the paying party, the agency reserves the right to additionally invoice the outstanding amount.

Cancellation policy for IN Hotel and Nobel Group hotels
- No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made up to 40 days prior to arrival.
- For cancellations made 39–30 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- For cancellations made 29–20 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- For cancellations made 19–7 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- For cancellations made 7–0 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
Cancellation policy for Crowne Plaza will be sent to each participant individually.
Name changes
Name changes on the reservation are possible up to 7 days before arrival and are free of charge.
